Our Commitment

At Ghomryonphral, we are committed to delivering high-quality custom patches, embroidery, and appliques that meet your expectations. We stand behind our work and want you to be completely satisfied with your order. This policy applies in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer under Dutch and European law (including the Consumer Rights Directive and Burgerlijk Wetboek).

Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom orders cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun. This includes:

  • Custom embroidered patches with your design or logo
  • Personalized embroidery on garments
  • Custom appliques made to your specifications
  • Any product made according to your specific requirements

We strongly encourage you to carefully review your digital mockup or physical sample before approving production.

Quality Issues

If you receive an order that does not match the approved design or has manufacturing defects, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will:

  • Review your concern with photographs of the issue
  • Replace defective items at no additional cost
  • Offer a refund for items that cannot be replaced

Minor variations in thread color, slight dimensional differences, or small positioning variations are inherent to the embroidery process and are not considered defects.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please:

  • Document the damage with photographs
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Retain all packaging materials

We will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim and arrange replacement of damaged items.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled without penalty before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation is not possible, and any deposits paid are non-refundable.

To request cancellation, contact us immediately with your order details.

Refund Process

When a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Return Shipping

If we request items to be returned for inspection or replacement:

  • We will provide a prepaid shipping label for defective items
  • Items must be returned in their original condition
  • Replacement items will be shipped at our expense

Exceptions

The following situations do not qualify for returns or refunds:

  • Design changes requested after production approval
  • Orders placed with incorrect information provided by the customer
  • Normal wear and tear after use
  • Damage caused by improper care or handling

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or refund request:

  • Email us at askuse@ghomryonphral.world with your order number
  • Include photographs clearly showing the issue
  • Describe the problem in detail
  • We aim to respond within 1-2 business days
